upon a panoramic hill south of Pisa. Making it the perfect base for your Tuscan visit.
The apartment offers a unique blend of rustic charm and modern luxury including
a wine cellar, gracefully concealed within a mystical cave,
eager to unveil its secrets to wine enthusiasts.
This charming apartment is located just a few steps from the historical town's main square Piazza Garibaldi with its beautiful Cathedral of Saint Cerbonius.

THE APARTMENT
The apartment consists of two bedrooms
on two separate floors.
A master bedroom with a cozy double bed and a second bedroom down stairs with two comfortable single beds.
Both rooms have plenty of storage space. The apartment also boasts a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher and all the tools and utensils you need to prepare delicious meals.
The dining area seats 4-6 people.
The apartment features a delightful wine cellar, where you can arrange your own wine tastings and purchase your favorite wine bottles on site.
The wine cellar has a carefully curated selection of local wines, making it the perfect place to unwind after a long day. The apartment also features a lovely bathroom, as well as all the modern amenities you need to feel right at home, including air fans and Wi-Fi.

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and all the tools and utensils you need to prepare delicious meals. Dining area is for 4-6 people. The kitchen has a refridgerator, gas stove, oven, dishwasher and an espresso machine.
Housekeeping
You will always find the apartment cleaned and with newly made beds on arrival. To ensure that the apartment is always clean and tidy, we offer housekeeping services throughout your stay if you wish, at an additional cost.
Just request your number of desired cleanings when making the booking.
Bedrooms
For a restful night's sleep, our bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished with comfortable beds and high-quality linens, ensuring you wake up feeling refreshed and ready to explore Massa Marittima.
There are two bedrooms on two separates floor – a master bedroom with a cozy double bed and a second bedroom with two comfortable single beds. Each room has a personal style with carefully selected design elements and both rooms have plenty of storage space. They are both equipped with fans.

Not far from Casa dei Sensi you will find world-famous districts producing wines like Montereggio di
Ma. Marittima, Morellino di Scansano, Montecucco, Chianti & Brunello .
A fantastic wine district and one of Italy’s most important wine regions.
I will share all my favorite places to visit in these wonderful wine landscapes, and I will guide you to well-known vineyards for wine tastings.
Lake or Beach
One of the highlights of the area is the nearby lake and beaches, which offer a perfect escape from the heat of summer. The lake, called Lago dell'Accesa, is a popular destination for swimming, fishing, and kayaking. Surrounded by lush forests and rolling hills, the crystal-clear waters of the lake are ideal for a refreshing dip on a hot day. If you want to cool off and swim in the sea, there are a lot of nice beaches only 25 minutes away by car.
Golf
Only 20 minutes away by car from Casa dei Sensi, you will find a Golf Resort with 18 hole courses between olive groves and towering cypress trees.

Booking policy

We reserve the right to charge 100% of the full booking value at the time of booking to secure your booking. Full payment of the total amount + deposit fee.
DEPOSIT FEE:
The guest shall pay a deposit fee of 300 € as security to ensure that the property is returned in the same condition as it was at the beginning of the visit, except for normal wear and tear.
REFUND OF DEPOSIT:
At the end of the lease, after the property has been inspected, and any damages or agreed deduction have been documented, the deposit will be refunded within 3-5 banking days from the check out date.
Any costs for repairing damages beyond normal wear and tear will be deducted from the deposit, and an itemized statement will be provided to the guest. If the costs exceed the value of the deposit, the guest shall pay the remaining amount within 30 days after check out date.
Cancellation policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 30 days before check-in.

Canceling 7-30 days before check-in results in a 50% refund for all nights.

Canceling less than 7 days before check-in results in no refund.

A full refund is also available if canceled within 48 hours of booking, as long as it's at least 14 days before check-in.
